Are the illustrations really made by AI?
Yes. Our illustrations are generated with AI and we are open about that. That is exactly our intention: fast results and endless variations.
How quickly do I have my illustration?
The preview appears within seconds. The digital print-ready files are available immediately after payment. A poster is printed and shipped by us from our own studio in the Netherlands, see the next question.
How soon will I have my poster?
Order before 22:00 and we ship your poster the next business day (not on Saturday or Sunday). Delivery after that usually takes 1 to 2 business days via PostNL, with track and trace. Digital files are available right after payment.
Can I make changes?
Yes, you can regenerate as often as you like and switch styles until it is right, before you pay.
Which files do I get with the digital print-ready option?
You receive the clean version without watermark in high resolution, up to A2 at 300 dpi, as PNG and PDF (plus JPG). With line styles you also get a transparent PNG without background and a vector SVG.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through a secure payment process with iDEAL, Klarna or credit card. We build the shop ourselves and use Shopify only for the payment.
What am I allowed to do with the illustration?
For personal use this is broad. For commercial use separate terms apply. Read the details on the AI and copyright page.
What happens to my uploaded photo?
We use it only to create your illustration. How long we keep data and how you request deletion is explained in our privacy policy.
